The Air Jordan 3 “Seoul” will officially release on March 10th exclusively at the Jordan Hongdae store and at nike.com.kr. Created by Tinker Hatfield and Dan Sunwoo inside the Nike Innovation Kitchen, this special edition Air Jordan 3 commemorates the 30th Anniversary of two key moments – Michael Jordan’s epic dunk contest win as well as the Seoul Olympics in 1988. The shoes launch just after the conclusion of the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, which had its closing ceremony on February 25th. Special details include the Korean Taeguki flag on the right tongue, Seoul in Korean embroidered on the inner left tongue, and the 1988 Olympics motto of “Harmony and Peace” on the inner right tongue.
The Air Jordan 3 “Seoul” is said to be extremely limited and will not release outside of South Korea.
