Sneaker News Nike’s “Metallic Gold” theme will make quite a return next Thursday as the Air Max 97 OG, the Vapormax‘ed iteration, and the Air Max Plus are all set to drop in that familiar colorway that debuted 21 years ago. However, this recently revealed sample colorway of the Air Max 97 reveals an alternate take on the gold/red pairing, with a blacked-out racing-track upper, leather mudguards, a jewel Swoosh logo, and the two-toned gold and white midsole.
