There’s arguably nothing that’s more quintessentially summertime than a picnic, and a staple of any good picnic is a patterned picnic blanket. Nike’s newest Air Max 95 colorway just might be the perfect picnic pair of kicks, as it features upper color blocking that offers some similarities to those aforementioned blanket designs. The 95’s wavy upper panels arrive in a combination of light blue and light grey leather, while the toebox and panel closest to the throat are dressed in what appears to be a light blue corduroy. A dash of branding arrives via the small grey swoosh on the lateral side of the heel and the tonal blue Air Max patch on the tongue. The two-tone upper rests on top of a clean white midsole with a light blue Air Max cushioning unit, and the picnic-ready look is completed with a classic gum outsole.
