Nike Air Max 1 “Reflective Heel” Is Available Now

It’s been a fruitful summer for Nike’s legendary Air Max 1. After releasing in several colorful iterations this summer, from the recent collaboration with famed Dutch artist Piet Parra to whimsical in-line colorways like the “Clear Emerald,” it’s now receiving a more fall-ready makeover as a murky black colorway has now released. Featuring a tonal combination of black suede and mesh on the upper, the shoe’s main accents arrive via the grey midsole and Air Max unit. For a pop of visibility and low-light style, the large heel panel also features reflective material, as does the tongue patch. These dark-to-light Air Max 1s are available now in sizes down to a men’s 6 on Nike.com, for the AM1’s standard retail price of $110 USD.
