The Comme des GARÇONS PLAY x Converse Chuck 70 Is Available

When it comes to Converse collaborations, it’s safe to say that nothing is more well-known and omnipresent than Comme des GARÇONS‘ heart-adorned take on the Converse Chuck 70. The shoes feature a simple base — black or white canvas upper with contrasting heel stripe, white rubber toe cap, off-white midsole — but their instantly recognizable detailing arrives via the upper two-thirds of CDG’s iconic heart graphic on the lateral midfoot, cheekily peeking over the midsole’s edge. These Chucks are nothing new as they’ve been a mainstay in Converse’s collaborative roster for the better part of the decade, and they’ve also received a handful of alternate iterations complete with extra embellishments like polka dots. However, the OG pairs are a timeless seasonal staple beloved by sneakerheads and fashionistas alike — and they’re now available on the Nike webstore for the first time ever in a quintessential quartet of high and low top options. Retailing at $135, these classic co-branded kicks are a must for any sneaker rotation, so head on over to one of the retailers below and grab your pair today
