One of the things that makes Nike not only the most successful brand in all of sneakers, but one of the most powerful companies in the entire world is the combination of its instantly recognizable Swoosh and its buzzworthy ad campaigns and catchphrases. Highlighted by the thirty-year old “Just Do It” slogan, the Beaverton conglomerate is also known for idioms the likes of “Have A Nike Day” and “Yesterday You Said Tomorrow”. This year, we have seen JDI spark an entire collection composed of countless sneakers and apparel, and it appears that 2019 will be the the banner year for Have a Nike Day. While you have already seen a few early looks at what can possibly be expected, we are here today with a first actual preview at a dipped-in-blue Air Max 97. Utilizing a similar design technique mastered on the Undefeated x Air Max 97, this speed bullet train-inspired runner boasts “Have A Nike Day” on its lower-most racing stripe with an array of cool blue shades surrounding it.
