The Air Jordan 1 “Not For Resale” is a shoe that’s incited strong opinions both positive and negative from sneakerheads since the day it was revealed. Some stores raffled their pairs, some stores made the buyers wear their shoes out the door to ensure their anti-reselling message would be followed — but all stores sold out, and the shoes supposedly created to make a statement about wearing your kicks are now being flipped for several times their original retail value. Now, things are bound to get crazier as an even-more-limited yellow pair will hit shelves November 14th according to Footaction. Featuring the same black/white base as the first pair, the new touches arrive via bright and bold maize yellow accents in place of the previously used red hits. All the special branding returns as well, with “Wear Me” “Not For Resale,” “No Photos,” “General Release,” and “Please Crease” text hits taking up their previous positions again. Currently, the only known release location for these special AJ1s is the Flight 23 store in LA, but there are rumblings of a December release too — so keep it locked here for more info as it’s available. Don’t feel like waiting? You can scoop a pair at Stadium Goods right now as well.
