Action Bronson Reveals The New adidas TRESC RUN

Both a clever rapper known for his culinary-inspired punch lines/brash nature and a TV host admired for his constant wisecracking/thorough knowledge of food, it’s safe to say that Action Bronson is a wearer of many hats. Now, the affable Queens native is adding “sneaker ambassador” to his list of roles, as he recently teamed up with adidas to release their brand-new TRESC RUN silhouette. Unveiled at a recent event in Germany, the shoe continues the Trefoil Brand’s recent run of hybrid-style designs: the upper features a retro-style shape and a heavy helping of abstract leather/suede overlays, but the midsole offers modern-day cushioning with its full-length Boost construction. To complete the look, the shoe also features a plastic midfoot shank and a wildly patterned outsole. The TRESC RUN is currently available exclusively at Foot Locker EU but will likely roll out to stateside retailers in the coming weeks, so be sure to keep it locked here for more updates as they’re available — both on the TRESC RUN and Bronson’s collaborative work with adidas, like the special Ultra Boost he premiered in September.
