Air Jordan 1 “UNC” In Leather Poised For An August Release

While this year’s slate of NBA All-Star Weekend drops was not nearly as memorable as year’s past, one of the clear highlights from the collection was the ladies-only Air Jordan 1 “UNC” dressed in a premium array of patent leather. While big footers around the world were left out of the action, the Jumpman is cooking up a suitable consolation prize for the Summer by way of a very similar color scheme dressed in a more conventional leather textile. Like the patent leather version, this pair serves up a secondary take on the Tar Heel’s color scheme, opting to have Obsidian work with its much more familiar University Blue counterpart. Other deviations include a navy blue-colored outsole as well as a Sail-colored toebox as opposed to the Carolina-clad one from February.
