Michael Le One of the more aggressive entries from adidas in recent memory, the Torsion X revives old tech with new style ideals, marking big overbranding atop a palette largely barren by intention. Its base of smoothened synthetics take on a look almost militaristic in its sheen, overlaid pieces of textural suede components add more dimension visually, and subtly imprinted logos rest right within the the outer translucence. Topped on a sole unit bulbous by comparison to much of its siblings, the entire unit curves and expands with detailing matching much of the upper accents in their orange tint. Linings follow suit as well as much of the tongue branding, though the overall palette cools down only slightly by way of a small lace dubrae.
