Official Images Of The adidas Yeezy 500 High “Slate”

With a release scheduled for the middle of December and several pairs already seeded out to friends and family of the brand, the adidas Yeezy 500 High now surfaces once more in the form of official imagery from adidas. As detailed in earlier previews, the Yeezy 500 High is set to debut in this crisp “Slate” colorway, grabbing hold of a tonal grey upper and achieving contrast via the distinct materials used on the upper. Layered in nature, these upcoming Yeezys start off with a plush neoprene-like base, a matrix of tumbled leather, and finally the nappy suuede at the toe, mudguard, and lace eyelets. Some added protection exists at the mudguard and heel due to a thin synthetic TPU with a brushed finish, but spray on some hydrophobic protectant and you have a stylish winter boot option.
