Jovani Hernandez Fresh off yesterday’s “Time In” collaboration with Ninja, adidas has released two compelling colorways of the Nite Jogger today in a move sure to position the model for a successful 2020. Building off an ’80s model bearing the same name, this low-top silhouette has done an impressive job of modernizing retro style via its signature responsive BOOST midsole paired with varying tooling – from suede to leather. These two upcoming iterations opt for blue and red color palettes, with the former covering one pair’s entire mesh upper, while the latter only adding a bit of flair to the mostly-white pair. Both options, however, keep the reflective material on the laces responsible for the “Nite Jogger” name. Elsewhere on the shoes, drab greys and blacks take over lace guards, heel molding, and mudguards, but perhaps the most random color choice between both pairs is the neon visible from the medial side found on the “Hi-Res Red” option’s tread.
