First Look At The Air Jordan 4 “Court Purple”

First Look At The Air Jordan 4 “Court Purple”

After propping up on the womenswear runway of Virgil Abloh’s making, the Air Jordan 4 is already poised for a great year, with general releases rounding off its schedule with more accessible standouts. Among them, the “Court Purple” is soon to arrive, dressing up in a construction that is far more versatile than its namesake would lead on. From toe caps to overlays and around to the tooling, the construction is a relatively blank slate, only opting for a colorless white against the grain of its slightly tumbled leathers. Bits of the titular shade, though, do make a small appearance as they work their way into the metallic fixtures of the eye stay, the Jumpman insignia at the tongue, the emblem at the heel, and the barely visible points of the inside lining. Grab a close-up look at what’s to come below and expect to see them at Nike.com and select shops come May 14th at a price of $190 USD.
