The New Balance 992 Hits A Dark Grey Colorway With USA Accents

Though for the most part new, the New Balance 992‘s latest colorway treads on somewhat familiar territory. Effectively a mix of previously used blocking, the upper intertwines what WTAPS employed earlier this year with a dark grey shade quite reminiscent of JJJJound‘s take on the 990 v3. And alongside, the Boston-based institution is adding their penchant for red and blue accents as they apply both to the tooling’s glossy supports. The upper, which stays its usual suede and mesh construction, gradates upwards from dark to light as the former outfits the mudguard and heel wrap to close entirety. Abruptly transitioning, the rest of the construction bears the brand’s classic heritage treatment though far more subtle as it primarily dresses the lace unit. Grab a detailed look at these right here, and if you’re looking to grab a pair, they may be hitting New Balance very soon.

In other news, a plaid New Balance 992 was revealed yesterday.
