Michael Le Despite the looming pandemic, Stussy has remained productive throughout the entire year, the streetwear legends continuing their partnership with Nike by way of the Zoom Spiridon, Kukini hybrid, and soon the Air Force 1.
And after the reveal of the latter’s Fossil colorway, we’re now seeing a much more versatile black alternative, one that makes use of all the same design elements and hemp fabrication. From forefoot to heel, the panels are fully saturated in the neutral dye, coloring in the dual-embroidered swooshes and tongue-placed embellishments alongside. Even the laces, tongue, and sole are treated to match, though the same cannot be said from the branded tab along the front and metallic emblem stamped onto the heel.
