As Reebok preps a slew of highly-praised collaborations, it’s assured that its solo efforts are equally as impressive. To this end, the Massachusetts-based brand has put together the “Legion of Fury” capsule, which outfits the beloved Instapump Fury in five arrangements inspired by five atmospheric elements. The “Rayne Sheetz” edition personifies water into a character that controls liquids.
Originally designed by E. Scott Morris, one of the brand’s former shoe designers, the “Legion of Fury” characters appear on each pair’s heel and have their defining characteristic take over the model’s midfoot overlay; whereas accompanying pairs feature graphics representing wind and stone, the sneaker pictured here below sports a “Glass Pink” gradient complemented by water/bubble motifs. The remainder of the sneaker indulges in a rather tonal “Chalk” arrangement, although outsoles deliver some contrast with their cream and light blue detailing.
Enjoy official images of this Instapump Fury OG here ahead, as you wait for pairs to arrive to Reebok.com on October 20th.
