Jovani Hernandez NIGO is following up the launch of the well-received adidas Tokio Solar with a winter-inspired footwear and apparel capsule with adidas Originals. Among the former propositions, the streetwear legend reworks the Nizza Hi and Marathon TR.
Similar to previous work on other Originals silhouettes, the high-top canvas sneaker is left to indulge in two tonal color schemes: grey or cream. Both options, however, boast Human Made special touches, namely seen via the medial side zipper and the Japanese text it exposes and the brand’s signature heart logo running across the midsole’s light gum brown makeup. By contrast, the duo’s trail-ready counterparts boast a modified taller silhouette, multi-color arrangement and BOOST cushioning. Shades of blue, grey, red, yellow and brown found between both trainers evoke the flair of the model’s late 1970s debut. NIGO adds his brand’s heart logo on the ankle padding of both rugged pairs.
