In the past few years, golf has become increasingly more mainstream, begetting a number of special Nike releases as a result. And following the brand’s “Fearless Together” capsule, we’ll see the Air Max 97 Golf “Wing It” dressed in an alternate color scheme.
Across the mudguard, the pair constructs with a thick navy canvas rather than leather, allowing for the gold embroideries to take more intricate shape. Specifically, these pay homage to the winged sandals of Hermes, the Herald of the Gods, as they sprawl along the construction complete with a playful Swoosh detail. Above, matching cool tones alternate between leather piping and textured mesh, both brought to a stop at the eye stay whose stitched on details hue red like the check along the profile and the striped pattern at the lining and icy bottom.
Grab an official look at these right here and expect a release to arrive at Nike.com likely within the coming months.
In other news, adidas is keeping it simple with a Core Black Ultra 4D.
