During this repetitive and mentally taxing stretch, it was never more important to find inner peace either through meditation or exploration of the great outdoors, so as part of the launch of its seasonal collection, Nike Sportswear has delivered an ACG Guide To Peace On Earth through a series of Instagram “How To” video tutorials.
The first installment urges us to drop our phones, and while you should probably not bury it in the dirt in a remote and wooded area, the benefits of unplugging are real.
