First unveiled in August 2020 via a Japan-exclusive release, the Nike Air Max ZM950 has been hailed as a hybrid sneaker done right, combining the look of the classic Air Max 95 and the modern cushioning technology of the Air Max 270. Yet there have been a limited amount of colorways made available to Nike’s U.S. fanbase since then. Before concluding the Air Max 95’s 25th anniversary, a new arrangement for its successor is slated to release soon.
The Air Max 95-esque mono-mesh uppers are in Light Bone, contrasted by black dotted details found on the wavy overlays. Dark elements are also found on the leather accents that wrap around the toe and heel. The Air Max 270 air bag in the heel sports a navy shade that complements the golden yellow used for forefoot’s Zoom Air pods. These air units and midsole form a sole unit that delivers the chunky look of its predecessor while also providing maximum comfort with Nike’s newer innovations.
You can cop a pair at the retailers listed below, with a release date coming soon.
In other Nike news, the Nike Air Monarch is arriving in a “Royal” colorway.
