Jovani Hernandez While no longer celebrating its fifth anniversary, the adidas Ultra Boost has recently emerged in two festive ensembles ahead of Valentine’s Day.
Tonal in nature, each forthcoming proposition indulges in either “Core Black” or “Cloud White.” Both men and women’s pairs feature multi-colored heart motifs on the lateral 3-Stripes cages and medial BOOST midsole. Elsewhere, the runner dons “Solar Red” detailing on the spine (almost à la Prada Luna Rossa 21); sockliners feature more February 14th-appropriate graphics, as well as a heartfelt “for you” message. Outsoles on both Ultra Boost options forgo any celebratory accent in favor of tonal Continental rubber makeups.
