First teased via mock-up in September 2020, the adidas Yeezy Boost V2 “Cream” has recently surfaced in its first in-hand photo.
The successor of the widely-praised Yeezy 700, which is positioned to have a stellar 2021, the silhouette has been rather quiet since debuting in 2018. Although the forthcoming “Cream” colorway doesn’t deviate much from the model’s popular “Static” arrangement, it proffers some visual contrast to the chunky-sole proposition. Mixed-materials paneling throughout the lightweight upper indulge in a medley of tones prevalent throughout Yeezy‘s footwear lineup; profile detailing maintains its reflective finish, nodding to running sneakers from the ’90s. Underfoot, midsoles opt into a tonal makeup, while tread boasts a cool grey styling. While not depicted in newly-surfaced images, BOOST cushioning visible through outsole cutouts likely keep their standard white look.
Enjoy an in-hand look at the Yeezy 700 V2 “Cream” here below, as you wait for a rumored March release. Furthermore, it’s possible that Kanye West’s design arrives at a lower-than-$300-USD-price-point given that its predecessor is dropping its price tag to $240 USD for its “Sun” colorway”.
