Jasmine Tang Since its 2018 release, the Nike Air Max 270 React has been receiving an impressive amount of colorways, ranging from color-blocked neons to tonal neutral makeups. An upcoming women’s pair indulges in an almost wholly suede makeup of soft neutrals and pastels for a feminine design suitable for everyday wear.
Suede uppers are tinted in a light grey, contrasted by overlays in a darker, purple-grey on the side and near the lace loops. Although not often, the model has been dressed in suede before, as seen on the Air Max 270 React “The Future Is In The Air”. The violet side Swoosh adopts a pebbled leather material, adding another soft texture into the mix. This same pastel also colors the inside, heel tab loop, and spotty outsole. Keeping things simple, the signature 270 Air Max heel unit remains clear rather than colored like most previous releases.
