Michael Le Nike’s nods to cork continue into March with yet another Air Max 90. But unlike the dark navy and ecru colorways prior, this iteration is far more spring-appropriate, bearing a light, floral pink all throughout its canvas construction.
Elsewhere, the design follows its predecessors to a relatively close spec. The heel tab as well as the Swoosh dress up in cork all the same, with colorful scraps and imperfections also embedded within. Further use of recycled materials is found on the sole, whose dark brown would deceive of an ordinary gum at quick glance. Then, above at the upper, the pink canvas spreads from the forefoot through the profile, sporting little disruptions save for the aforementioned as well as the brown mesh lining, white midsole, and the green cork diagram.
