Jovani Hernandez The Nike Space Hippie 04 has been leading the brand’s charge on the sustainable, future-thinking footwear front. Most recently, the low-top sneaker has emerged with aqua-reminiscent blues perfect for the warmer months of the year.
While free of any gradients like what’s appeared on the Air Max Plus, the forthcoming pair dips its Space Yarn construction and accompanying components in varying shades of vibrant blue. Swooshes on the profiles and “NIKE” branding on the heel deviate in a grey style, but they don’t detract from the Space Hippie option’s summer-ready proposition. Underfoot, the sneaker maintains light grey Crater Foam cushioning, which delivers multi-color flair via its upcycled material; Nike Regrind reinforcement at the forefoot and heel do the same.
