adidas To Drop A Slight Spin-Off To The OG ZX 8000

adidas To Drop A Slight Spin-Off To The OG ZX 8000

In addition to its “A-ZX” series, adidas has been celebrating models like the ZX 8000 with in-line, original and retro styles. For its latest arrangement, the model has (ostensibly) slightly-modified version of its inaugural “Aqua” colorway.

As with the original, the latest take on the Torsion-backed model maintains a mixed-materials upper. Shades of “Light Blue” take over suede, mesh and plastic components, while “Shock Yellow” delivers stark, equally-eye-catching contrast across profile 3-Stripes and accents. Midsoles also receive an update as they swap a faint blue for a muted green-like look. Outsoles opt into a black color palette, while Torsion bars in the center deliver a recognizable yellow hue unapologetically 1980s.

For more from the Three Stripes, several new Yeezys have surfaced over the last week.
