LEGO and adidas unveiled a long-term partnership shortly after their A-ZX Series collaborations 2020. For their next endeavor, both European institutions have revisited the adidas UltraBOOST, which now assumes a green and black color palette.
Unlike the BOOST-cushioned effort that arrived on April 8th, the forthcoming pair mostly indulges in a dark arrangement. Profile 3-Stripes, reinforcement around the forefoot and heel structures deviate from the black aesthetic in favor of stark green contrast. Furthermore, the sidewall branding and support component at the rear feature LEGO block-reminiscent construction, enabling customization. Co-branding appears at the top of the tongue and on the sock-liner, with the German sportswear manufacturer’s iconic energy-return foam maintain its standard white makeup. Lastly, Continental rubber tread rounds out the playful aesthetic in black.
An official release date is unknown, but LEGO’s latest UltraBOOST should launch before summer ends. In any case, enjoy images of the shoes here below.
Elsewhere under the Three Stripes umbrella, upcoming Yeezys include various pairs of the Yeezy Boost 700 MNVN.
