Nike’s “First Use” pack, which aims to celebrate the past without any of the mimicry, is getting quite a bit of spotlight in recent days. From the Blazer to the Air Force 1, the themes are picking up quite the cast, and we can expect much more very soon.
The next up is none other than the Air Max 90, an icon just as notable as the aforementioned. Here, it dons a rather unassuming look, with cream suedes dressing across the quarter and mudguard. Adjacent — specifically, the toe and collar — a much lighter “Sail” plays along with the palette, while true white contrasts by way of the laces, midsole, and Swoosh. It’s at the branding where the pair gets interesting, as it assumes some vintage labeling at the heel tab and tongue. What’s more, a gilded charm commemorates the release in a way more alluring than your ordinary dubrae.
For a closer, detailed peek, check the official images below. If you’re looking to cop a pair, they should hit Nike.com and select retailers very soon.
In other news, Jordan officially introduced the Zion 1 this morning.
