Jovani Hernandez The Nike ACG Mountain Fly is relatively new to the brand’s outdoors-ready roster, but it’s quickly garnered attention for its functionality and design. Recently, the model has emerged in a trail-appropriate “Sea Glass/Lime Blast” colorway.
Ripstop nylon makes up the bulk of the shoe’s upper, but canvas lace loops and rubber tooling join the mix. Nike ACG differentiates its latest offering from previous iterations via the neon greens that take over the pair’s top-half, a refreshing choice given how stealthy its predecessors have been; a grid pattern also adds character to the Mountain Fly. Light grey detailing throughout the forefoot, mid-foot and heel introduce reflective properties to the silhouette, fitting of its outdoors-ready purpose. Nike React foam is protected by a robust outsole system, creating a comfortable, but durable and grippy ride for all conditions.
