It’s been rather quiet on the adidas Yeezy front as of late. With no known July 2021 releases on the ledger, Kanye’s footwear legion will have to wait until August for more confirmed releases, but the wait will be well worth it. According to footwear retailers, the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 v2 “Light” will officially release on August 28th in both adult and kids sizes. And as the first color-changing Yeezy 350 model, these are sure to garner some revitalized attention on the most-produced Yeezy sneaker to date.

Under normal lightning, the Yeezy Boost 350 v2 “Light” appears like your run-of-the-mill white/light yellow colorway – a common occurrence with the model. However, under UV light directly from the sun, the transparent mesh stripe changes colors into the deep yellow for some much-needed contrast on the rather simple shoe. Will these UV capabilities take over the Reflective as the coveted gimmicky detail on the Yeezy 350? Check out the images ahead and stay tuned for additional details. Don’t forget to check out the Yeezy release dates page for the latest as well.
