The New Balance 577 Spearheads The Brand New “Desaturated Pack”

The New Balance 577 Spearheads The Brand New “Desaturated Pack”

The amount of winners that New Balance has produced in the past few months is abundant. With every release, the brand proves they’re more than their collaborators, often commanding attention with GRs alone. Their 2002R “Protection Pack,” for example, has sold out everywhere, and this momentum could very well extend to the 577 as it joins the new “Desaturated Pack.”

Though its namesake may imply otherwise, the colorway is actually quite vibrant. The pastel hits along the heel, collar, and “N” logo — which dress up in pink, orange, and yellow, respectively — are toned down only marginally. This is done to better suit the earth-toned hits adjacent, which dye the suede mid-panel and toe two distinct shades of brown. Elsewhere, NB’s usual greys and white neutrals dress the mesh, heel tab, and sole, but not the “New Balance” text that lays atop the tongue label.

For a closer look, see the retailer images below. Currently, these are slated to hit select retailers and likely NewBalance.com on July 24th.

In other news, the AURALEE New Balance 550 is coming in hot at the end of the week.
