The New Balance 992 GRs Continue To Impress With New Blue/Silver Blend

Has the New Balance 992 lost some of its steam? After holding a heavy crown all throughout 2020 thanks to a bevy of collaborative monsters from the likes of Joefreshgoods, WTAPS, and more, the trendy and all-purpose dad shoe has seemingly taken a bit of a back seat as it has been unable to latch onto the headlines like it did a year ago. Still attractive as ever, the New Balance 992 is making waves once again thanks to a number of general release options that are hitting New Balance’s online store, with few as eye-catching as this blue and silver blend.

The upper pairs up two tones of cool aquatic blue shades, white a greener hue matches up with a blue tone that we can only compare to that seen Salehe Bembury’s “Water Be The Guide” project. The rest of the shoe is finished in the standard reflective silver hits, while the midsole makes us of a fading gradient that bleeds down from the upper.
