Michael Le It’s been quite a while since the Nike Dunk Low “Purple Pulse” made its reveal. Lensed through a novel, slightly distressed finish, the women’s exclusive is finally ready to make its official US debut, releasing promptly at retailers as well as Nike SNKRS on August 18th.
Unlike previous departures from the two-tone signature, the colorway errs on the side of moderation. The overlays, which proffer the aforementioned treatment, are tastefully done, their white base only subtly brushed with a light blue. Elsewhere, the suede of the Swoosh is given a more aggressive coat of the titular purple, contrasting the lighter shades that mark the tread and branding adjacent.
