Long rumored to be next in line in Jordan Brand’s spirited re-issue of the original Air Jordan 4 colorways, the famed “Military Blue” is set to arrive much sooner than you think. However, the Jumpman label is opting for the ever popular Golf edition as this ’89 classic with Nike Air branding will be fitted link-ready with a spiked outsole. Speaking directly to the matured Jordan fanatic that may have transitioned from basketball to the much less intense game of golf, this Air Jordan 4 is indeed a near-perfect replica of the silhouette that many have clamored for since it last appeared in 2012.

Releasing on September 3rd at select Jordan retailers overseas and on September 7th on Nike.com, the Air Jordan 4 Golf “Military Blue” only hints further at a true retro drop (possibly in 2022). With the other three OG Air Jordan 4 colorways already seeing the light of day in its proper Nike Air branded look, it’s only a matter of time before this fourth and final gets the respect its due.
