Although old and new Nike Dunk Low-enthusiasts alike have expressed frustration with the model’s accessibility via the Nike SNKRS app, many have been able to add a classic “White/Black” option to their rotations. Most recently, the highly-coveted (and decently-common) proposition has re-appeared, only this time with upcycled materials as part of the Swoosh’s Next Nature program.
As with other Nike Sportswear offerings that’ve surfaced over the last few months, the latest iteration of Peter Moore’s iconic 36-year-old design indulges in construction comprising of at least 50% recycled materials. Synthetic leather throughout the upper boast a two-tone arrangement like some of the most iconic Nike Dunks. Swoosh pinwheel logos on the vibrant green sock-liner denote the pair’s participation in the company’s “Move to Zero” initiative, while the outsole features a sustainably-produced compound.
No release date has been confirmed by the brand, but the pair is likely to arrive to Nike SNKRS before 2021 ends. In any case, enjoy official images here below.
