Michael Le As legendary as Keith Haring was, it’s difficult to truly recapture the spirit of his art. That, however, has never stopped a brand from trying. Soon, Reebok will join the conversation, celebrating Haring’s many iconic works via their own ensemble of classics.
The Club C and Club C legacy are the first on display. And while a close sibling to the former, the latter opts for an entirely different theme. Bright reds dress much of the exterior, white the trims adjacent, and black the artwork along the side. By comparison, the silhouette’s standard counterpart is far more graphic-heavy, its entire neutral shell dressed with a plethora of dancing figures.
Both runners, the Classic Leather Legacy and GL 6000, are alike in simplicity. Atop their colorways — which proffer white on blue and green on white, respectively — art is used as an accent. Aside from the tongue label, their back heels are embellished with colored versions of Haring’s most cherished motifs.
