A Classic “Fire Red” Look Appears On The Jordan 6-17-23

While not held in the same regard as Air Jordan models, the hybrid Jordan 6-17-23 has enjoyed a cult-like following since releasing en masse throughout the early 2010s. For its next ensemble, the shoe has indulged in a classic “White/Fire Red” colorway.

Appropriate of the Chicago Bulls uniforms Michael Jordan played in on the way to his six NBA titles, the ruby color is synonymous with the Jumpman Brand. On the latest hybrid proposition, the vibrant red tone animates a number of synthetic and textile materials associated with the Air Jordan 6 and Air Jordan 17. Most of the upper, which includes a number of perforations along the profiles, opts for a “colorless” makeup that allows the “Fire Red” flair to further revel in the spotlight. Some accents on the midsole, however, introduce a cool grey color into the mix, while traction pods on the outsole present an icy blue, semi-translucent arrangement that’s appeared on recent retros like the “Cool Grey” 11.

Enjoy official images of the pair here below, and anticipate a Nike.com launch sometime in the new year.

Elsewhere under the NIKE, Inc. umbrella, the Nike Air Force 1 celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2022.
