Nike Goes Grey With The Upcoming Air Max 95 “Cobblestone”

Nike Goes Grey With The Upcoming Air Max 95 “Cobblestone”

With its recently unveiled colorways, the Nike Air Max 95 is effectively going against the grain, cutting through the bright Spring pastels with a number of earth-toned and Wintery make-ups. This pair stands out similarly, opting for a greyscale palette that wouldn’t feel at all out of place in New Balance’s own catalog.

Its suede proffers a similar quality as well, ever-so-slightly hairy as it builds out the toe and the lower heel. Smoother hits of canvas and leather, then, dress the layers along the side, simultaneously creating a subtle, neutral gradient. And besides the white midsole, the rest of the construction — such as the lace unit, lining, and tread — complement the rest of the shoe in their own grey finish.
