XLARGE And adidas Reunite For The LA-Based Streetwear Label’s 30th Anniversary

XLARGE, despite the influence they’ve had on streetwear as a whole, has kept quiet for the better part of the past few years. That doesn’t mean they’ve stood completely still, however, as their collections have continued to expand with graphic apparel and even the rare NFT.

Collaborations, though, were essentially put on the backburner, and even XLARGE’s long-standing relationship with adidas was put on hold. That finally ends soon, thankfully, as the LA-based brand is teaming back up with the Three Stripes to celebrate their 30th anniversary.

Together again, XLARGE and adidas make up for lost time with not one but two colorways of the Campus 80. In terms of the shoes’ general design, both pairs are practically identical, constructed primarily out of a smooth suede. Leather stripes and heel tabs, then, accent adjacent, each relatively ordinary next to the tongue’s “XLARGE” patch and the animal print lining.

Arriving in “Mesa” and “Orbit Violet,” the XLARGE x adidas Campus 80 hits select retailers and adidas Confirmed on February 4th at a retail of $100 USD.

In other news, a Joe Freshgoods New Balance 550 is reportedly on the way.
