Jovani Hernandez A year away from celebrating its 25th anniversary, the Nike Air Max Plus continues to boast a cult-like following. Ahead of summer, the silhouette has appeared in a clean “White” makeup complete with orange-to-navy gradient touches.
Perhaps part of a larger Air Max collection, the newly-surfaced pair features a few warm weather-appropriate adjustments across its upper and sole unit, with the most notable modification arriving in the form of non-leather mudguards. The palm tree-inspired TPU overlays across the upper boast a New York Knicks-friendly gradient, as does the whale tail-reminiscent mid-foot shank underfoot. Laces, branding on the tongue and part of the outsole also follow suit, adding yet another colorful tally to the Air Max Plus‘ storied catalog.
Enjoy official images of the pair here below, and expect pairs to hit Nike.com (in Adult sizes too) as summer inches closer.
In related sneaker news, the Air Jordan 5 “Racer Blue” is set to drop on February 12th.
