LeBron James may not have made it to 2021-22 NBA Playoffs, but “the kid from Akron” continues to make headlines via his many business ventures. Among them, his Swoosh-backed line of footwear, which has recently grown by one with the emergence of the Nike LeBron Witness 6 in an Easter-friendly colorway.
More budget-friendly than the titular LeBron 19, the sixth entry into the Witness series dons tried-and-proven Air Max-informed cushioning, engineered knit uppers and molded TPU structures fit for King James’ game. Most of the upcoming pair’s upper is clad in a faint yellow reminiscent of the floral and Peeps candy that pop up once spring rolls around. Profile swooshes and other nearby details introduce pinks and greens into the mix, while sole units underfoot round out the warm weather-ready ensemble in a vibrant sky-like blue and sweet rose color between left and right shoes, respectively. Together, each aforementioned component helps the Los Angeles Lakers’ frontman continue to be part of conversations even if his 19th NBA season was cut short.
No firm Nike.com release date has been disclosed by the brand, but that’s likely to change soon. In any case, enjoy official images of the pair ahead.
