The New Balance 2002R has been nothing short of impressive since its triumphant return to stores in 2020. Collaborations with the likes of Salehe Bembury, A Bathing Ape, and Joe Freshgoods have pushed the model to the forefront of must-have lifestyle sneakers, but the best part is that the in-line general releases are as good as the special editions concocted by its creative partners.
This latest straight-to-shelves release sees a full olive green upper in various suedes and meshes, with contrast achieved via an assorted palette of that army-colored hue. Light silver reflective covers the N logo and the heel tab, while the midsole mixes in an attractive cream/off-white with the base white for one of the best colorways yet.
These are currently available overseas at retailers such as Up There and will arrive on NewBalance.com in the coming weeks.
For more from NB, the Joe Freshgoods New Balance 9060 drops on May 20th.
