Sean Wotherspoon Teases His Own adidas Gazelle Collaboration

Sean Wotherspoon has kept relatively quiet over the past six months, at least in relation to his adidas partnership. Recently, the Round Two purveyor took to Instagram to deliver a sneak peek at his upcoming adidas Gazelle collaboration.

Aligned with the German sportswear behemoth’s concerted push of the 1966 design (which recently included a Gucci collaboration), Wotherspoon’s latest adidas Originals offering brings the multi-color and pattern, vegan-friendly “SW” touch to one of the company’s most important silhouettes. Off-white-colored corduroy covers the entirety of the sneaker’s base layer, with suede arriving at the profile 3-Stripes and around the tongue. Midsoles are given a semi-translucent finish that allows for a playful spin to the low-top shoe, as well as for the summer-ready graphics that take over the upper to not be cut off. Cork insoles make their way to the pair, continuing the eco-conscious design method that is SUPEREARTH, though velour sock-liners are still on the way according to the American designer.

Enjoy teaser imagery of Wotherspoon’s next adidas-backed project ahead, and anticipate an adidas CONFIRMED launch before the year ends.
