Michael Le Over the course of 2022, Scottie Pippen’s beloved silhouette, the Nike Air More Uptempo, has seen a wide range of releases. But yet has it incorporated suede… that is, however, until now, as the brand is using said material for this upcoming Bulls-inspired colorway.
Reminiscent of an aged look, the suede dresses the entire side profile in a greyed out finish, further distancing itself texturally and tonally from the leather-constructed type over top. The red outline of each letter adds further dimension while simultaneously complementing the jeweled and embroidered Swoosh across the heel and toe, respectively. Finally, white dresses the midsole as well as the rest of the upper, and black outfits the entire bottom.
