Pharrell And adidas Get Wild With The NMD HU Animal Print “Amber”

Pharrell Williams and adidas are currently approaching a decade of partnership. The last few months have seen the duo revisit old and new designs with refreshing color palettes, materials and narratives for truly distinctive propositions like the NMD HU Animal Print “Amber.”

Rooted in a personal pursuit of unrestricted self-expression, the newly-surfaced sneaker brings Williams’ love of originality to PRIMEKNIT and BOOST construction. A “Pulse Amber” tone sets the stage for a medley of accents and other colors, which include semi-translucent navy TPU mid-foot cages, orange reflective laces and a vibrant green collar. The breathable upper also features “Bold Gold” embroidered cheetah print detailing for a wild makeover that suits the adidas NMD well; midsoles also indulge in a muted shade of the metallic tone. “Skateboard P” and company round out the expressive proposition with an all-“Core Black” outsole, taming at least part of the sneaker for those who would’ve drawn the line at experimental tread.
