Since the onset of Fall, The Swoosh has enjoyed casting its roster of lifestyle silhouettes with a festive sampling of “Tartan” fabrics. With the introduction of the textile coming by way of the Air Jordan 1 Mid, the Beaverton-based brand is readying itself for the gift-giving season by extending synonymous red and green plaids onto its most beloved models.
In tandem with its matching Dunk Low and Blazer Low ’77 predecessors, the Air Force 1 Low is getting in on the action by treating its Swooshes and backtabs in a joyful red, black and green plaid texture. Devoid of any further disparate foundational changes, the remaining real estate renders its prototypical crisp white leather upper coming fit with color-matched laces and a sock liner. Underfoot, the model proffers one last taste of the tonal spectrum with its midsole bearing an aged egg-shell shade and titular red “AIR” text while the established crimson hue concludes along the tongue tabs branding.
While no official release date information has been shared just yet, for a closer look at the Air Force 1 Low “Tartan”, enjoy official images of the pair below.
For more from the Beaverton brand’s umbrella, The Swooshes “Moving Co.” collection is adding the Air Force 1 Low with an all-canvas construction.
