Producing a much more accurate composition compared to mid 2000’s counterpart, the faux lizard skin side panel, OG Nike Air logo and winged insignias immediately harken to Jordan’s career-high year of averaging 37.1 points per game. Standing alone as the only iconic colorway throughout 2022 to return amongst a trove of collaborative propositions, seldom “Varsity Red” accents and contrasting jet-black embellishments coordinate with the tongue and ankle collar’s resized height for a tried-and-true homage to the silhouette’s OG configuration.
