The Nike Air Max 97 Adds New Colors To The “Athletic Company” Collection

Introduced at the tail end of 2022, the Nike “Athletic Company” collection is comprised of several of the brand’s most important silhouettes, from the Dunk Low to the Air Force 1. Even the Air Max 97 is joining in on the fun, doing so in colors beyond the range’s usual greens and yellows.

For its second contribution to the “Athletic Company,” the Nike Air Max 97 is putting together a versatile arrangement primarily made up of neutral tones. The exterior branding, though, is near unchanged from its sibling, with the embroidered Swooshes highlighted in a reddish orange hue. The insoles even seem to recall said pair’s color scheme, as the collection exclusive insignia is clad in a deep green. Elsewhere, this colorway is much more straightforward, rendered in a mix of beige, brown, grey, and white shades.
