Throughout the past two years The Swoosh has been reserving their Air Max cushioned systems for a colorful homage to the technological achievement titled “Kiss My Airs”. Coordinating Tinker Hatfield’s iconic safari print inspired by an ostrich skin covered couch, the ensuing inline collection has now touched down on one of Employee #23’s most revered propositions, the Air Max 90.

Having last set up shop on the Air Max Plus, AM 97 and AM 95, the upcoming silhouette mimics its last inclusion in the pack from early 2021 with matching near-Infrared tones affixed to the heel tab, initial forefoot overlay, tongue tab branding and Air Bag cassette. Inserting blank crisp white hues throughout the silhouette’s mesh base layer, the collections’ staple safari print extends across the pair’s light grey midfoot and quarter overlays while further attributing the porous aesthetic across its jet-black Swooshes. Lying in stark difference to the upper’s brightly toned palette, the mainstay smooth leather panel enjoys a matching pitch-dark composition in tandem with its added “KISS MY AIRS” tab while its “AIR MAX” branding indulges in a dark blue embellishment.
