Jovani Hernandez Over the last decade, Berlin’s solebox has been delivering compelling adidas collaborations, which include an Uncaged UltraBOOST from 2016. To commemorate the evolutionary design, both German institutions have teamed up on a two-pair capsule.
Headlined by an adidas UltraBOOST 1.0 and Ultra 4D, the newly-surfaced collaboration features a minimalistic approach. Primeknit construction across both silhouettes favor an off white uniform; the adidas Ultra 4D abandons its standard profile 3-Stripes cage. The shop’s name is printed onto the lateral heel, although it’s only raised on the UltraBOOST 1.0. Both understated shoes, however, make statements with their glow-in-the-dark outsoles. The bold design cue adds yet another futuristic nod to solebox’s roster of collaborations.
The solebox x adidas Ultra 4D will launch globally on March 17th via solebox.com and all solebox locations, while the solebox x adidas Ultraboost will launch globally on March 31st via solebox.com and all solebox locations.
